About the S7

Founded as a worers' rights advocacy, Sincere Seven champions a variety of social justice causes. Embracing a "left-of-center" ideology, Sincere Seven believes in educated activism coupled with socially conscious community building.

The quarter-century old non-profit organization has inserted itself into the solution-building, agitating and problem-solving acknowledged as ills to the general welfare of America's working-class. From workers' rights to police accountability; from combating racism, to fair housing, the S7 has been entrenched in the social, legislative

and practical direct action tactics to bring

about positive social change.

The Sincere Seven began with seven

members back in 1999. Establishing the S7

fell to Terry Taylor, Theresa Reed and Perry

Redd, who served as the founders of the

organization.

Time has been challenging, as well as rewarding for the S7. One of the three founding member remains; our Executive Director, Perry Redd, who daily keeps the legacy and vision of Terry Taylor and Theresa Reed alive.
